2. Orders

Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all relevant information regarding the products, price, billing address, and shipping address.

If any information in your order confirmation is incorrect, please contact us immediately at leveasupport@gmail.com.

3. Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 5–12 business days. Please note that orders placed during weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

Due to high volumes experienced by postal and shipping providers, delays may occasionally occur. We kindly ask for your understanding, as such circumstances are beyond our control.

If your delivery is delayed and we have not previously informed you of an extended delivery time, please contact us at leveasupport@gmail.com.

Please note that additional customs duties and VAT may apply, as you as the customer may be considered the private importer of the product you order.

4. Prices

All prices displayed in the store are stated in SEK and include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to make price adjustments due to changes in supplier prices, typographical errors in price lists, incorrect pricing caused by inaccurate information, or similar circumstances.

5. Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing goods through our website, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive the goods you ordered.

5.1 Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

You must notify us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. The notification should be sent to leveasupport@gmail.com.

Your message must clearly include your name, address, email address, order number, and the products you wish to return.

You must return the products to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the products during the return process. Products should therefore be securely packaged and, where appropriate, returned in their original packaging.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to any reduction in the product’s value if the product has been used or damaged beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and function.

5.2 The Right of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken by you.

  • Sealed audio or video recordings where the seal has been broken by you.

  • Custom-made or personalized products that have been manufactured specifically according to your requirements or have a clearly personalized character.

  • Services that have been fully performed where you have expressly consented to the service beginning without a right of withdrawal.

  • Goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as food products.

  • Individual issues of newspapers or magazines.

For more information about the statutory right of withdrawal, please refer to the Swedish Consumer Agency.

6. Complaints and Defective Products

We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If a product nevertheless arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, we will remedy the issue free of charge in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.

Any complaint should be submitted as soon as possible after the defect has been discovered.

6.1 How to Make a Complaint

Any defects or faults should be reported to leveasupport@gmail.com.

Please include your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the issue.

If we are unable to remedy the defect or provide a comparable replacement product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.

We reserve the right to reject a complaint if the product is determined not to be defective under applicable consumer protection legislation.

For complaints, we follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

7. Limitation of Liability

We accept no liability for indirect damages resulting from the use of the product, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We accept no liability for delays or errors resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Such circumstances may include labour disputes, fires, war, government decisions, reduced or cancelled deliveries from suppliers, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or similar events beyond our control.

Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for changes to products or product characteristics made by the relevant supplier or caused by other factors beyond our control, subject to applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Product Information

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors on this website and for products becoming sold out.

We cannot guarantee that product images reproduce the exact appearance of the products, as variations in colour may occur depending on the display, image quality, photography, and resolution.

We always aim to present our products as accurately as possible.
